"Feel the energy of beauty"

There is a touch of beauty inside you, and it awakens when you allow yourself to see the beauty that surrounds you.  There is beauty in the smallest things, in the cloud that drifts across the sky, in the vein that runs through that leaf you hold in your hand.  Beauty surrounds you in unexpected places.  All you need to do is open your eyes, look for it and then allow it in.

And when you do, it will awaken that little spark of beauty in your heart, the part of you that yearns for the forest and the waterfall, the part of you that would soar into the heights with the birds, the part of you that would ride the waves with the dolphins, the part of you that is joy and beauty, for beauty's sake.

Let that part soar within you, even as you work in the city, even as you walk across the parking lot.  Today, lift up your sights and take in the vast sky.  Turn that walk into a stroll as you breathe in the fresh air for a moment and let life pour through your veins.  Feel the energy of beauty in your every pore.  Let it burn within you and shine out in your eyes and in your smile, touching each person on your path today with a little spark of beauty.

I am connected to all that is, to all of the beauty and wonder in the vast universe.  I am all that is good and wondrous.  

I am the energy of the bird and the dolphin, the waves and the sky.  I am one with all that is.

I am beautiful.  I shine with beauty and wonder.  I am peace and love.  I am.
