I was interested in reading how some people hear sounds. I only seem to be able to astral travel when I'm asleep and I love the feel of flying it's just so free. Sometimes I get feeling of falling does anyone else experience that? I don't hear noises or sounds as i have a hearing impairment but I often feel a sharp click as my head 'clicks' back. I am practicing and I am determined to be able to astral travel at will. One technique i've read about on the internet called the rope technique. You imagine a rope hanging down and you grasp it pulling yourself up and out of your body. There seem to be so many different ways it is confusing which is best. |

Hi Lara, I'm not well up on OBE's but can recommend a site for you......have you visited the site astral dynamics..........its very good. There I read an experience from a man I met online called Michael Murray, he directed me to this site. His experience is amazing. He actually met with his son who died through his OBE. Let me know what you think!!...also read something there about the rope technique. Love Gem xx |

Hi Lara.. I have sensed for sometime that I astro project in my sleep...and have been told by my daughter that I have visited her during the night..especially when she is having a struggle and living at a distance from me. A technique that I learned to go out of body at will is this: focus on a candle flame for a few minutes, close your eyes until you see the flame through your third eye...repeat this 3 times, then focusing on the candle flame close your eyes slightly until you see the beam of light between yourself and the candle. With practise you can get down the beam into the flame (which is such a beautiful sensation of peace) and look back at yourself sitting in your chair. Even though it is such a beautiful space you must come back and when you do gradually stretch your feet, legs out to you re-enter gently. Hope this will be helpful and does work with practise and patience. Lou

O.k. I have a question, when I was younger I assumed I was dreaming, now I don't think so, just before I would wake up there would be this feeling that I was falling and couldn't stop myself, and then I would wake with a gasp, could I have been travelling, please help, lately there are night's that I feel like I have never been in bed, my feet and legs hurt, like I've been on them all night, I awake so tired, but I seem to start to remember things, from when I was younger that I seemed to forgot, could someone who's left me want me to remember something. |
