If you pray to God and ask that he bring your guides to you to introduce themselves that way, it would be so clear for you. Also ask to remember your dreams. I have had all my guides introduce themselves to me that way.

 

I am hearing Benjamin as one of your guides and he is a main one, I am hearing. He says that he comes in your dreams at least once a night to help you through the schemes of the dreams.

 

You can regognize him ...He is standing to the right of you when you are at your computer. You can sense you are being watched. He says there is a lot of activity in your home that you sense too. Things moving from their spots and ending up in other places. I am hearing for you to light a candle and he'll make the candle flicker or dance for you. Focus on the light and only think and see the light and he will come into the darkened room and speak to you and introduce himself to you. He likes that you're interested in developing a relationship with him. He's loved you for centries, he said. Don't give up, he says, you're getting there. You need more time to yourself to clear your thoughts, he is saying now. Long hot baths may help, or at bedtime when you are able to be alone and shut the worries of the day out.

I have been told we have to 'earn' the names of our spirit guides.  I meet mine and I know I there is someone there but I can neither see nor hear them, I just get such a lovely sense of wellbeing.  For now that is enough for me.
