"Wait Patiently"
"I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry." Psalms 40:1
"I waited patiently". That's one thing that we tend not to want to do..."wait"- much less "patiently". When we pray, we usually want the answer "yesterday". We don't want to have to wait for it to come. Yet, the Lord doesn't always answer in our time. He answers in His time. (His time is not always our time.) He answers according to His perfect wisdom. He knows when the right time for everything is.
As bad as we hate to wait, we must learn to do so... and patiently. We must learn to trust that the Lord knows what He is doing, why He is doing it, and how He will do it. We need to learn to rest in the fact that His ways are perfect. We need to remember that God is never late- or early! He is always right on time. So you might as well learn how to wait... patiently.
Have a great day. You might as well learn how to wait patiently, because God will answer according to His time- which will be the best time.
