Just thought you'd like to know ... Thursday, Sept. 4 was "doctor day" for me. Dr. Lewis (my regular doctor) and Dr. Nazeer (Nephrologist) both said I'm doing good. Dr. Lewis said my blood sugar was 5.8 (below 6.5 is great), blood pressure slightly high but that seems to be normal with me. Today it was 148/86. I've lost 5 lbs. since I saw Dr. Lewis in July and 8 lbs. since I saw Dr. Nazeer in February. Dr. Lewis said he would see me again in 3 months .. Dec. 4. Dr. Nazeer said "same time next year!!!". WOW!! So, looks like you'll have to put up with me a little longer, God willing. *smile* It's been a long, busy day and I'm tired so "Goodnight and God Bless".
