Just wanted to update you all if Monette922 seams not to be around its because we are in the path of IKE. I live right across the street from her. It is projected to hit us in the early morning hours. When we get up in the morning we may not have power.

Good Sunday morning.   I pray both of you are safe.  We have heard that 2.8 million people there in texas and louisana are without power.  Hope to see both of you back online soon.

5:45 pm Ike's outerband made a brief stop in this area, with a few trees down and power disrupted...  But the center of the depression came through like a herd of lambs, dumping about 2 inches rain..   We were very lucky..  no exess flooding this time...  Power restored 10 am this morning...  Thanks for keeping me posted from your area...
