wow, just looking in my mailbox. What happened? Did i do something wrong? just wanted to get in touch with Monette and Buffy, not sure if i did something wrong or not. Can't make heads or tails of what has happened? Sorry if this has caused any inconvenience for anyone, i was just truly trying to get a message to Monette and Buffy. Ok, now i'm confused, hehehehehe......not a long way to go for that though, hehe. |

 Oh my dear Holly! Bless your heart!  I've read your messages and I'm not sure why you are not getting my emails except to say that is my address for Incredimail and perhaps your email program won't work with Incredimail. I will email you from my Outlook Express email program and see how that works. I am so surprised to hear how much you have been through in such a short time. There are a couple of others here I want you to meet who are in similar situations. As for your Trillian program, I've had that before so I know how it works. Do you know how to pull it up and add contacts to your lists? I am so delighted that you want to host in the chat room.  That is just wonderful and I sure do appreciate it. I will make sure you are comfortable in the room and know how to handle everything before I leave you alone. Perhaps someone else will volunteer to host with you. Right now no one is ever there if I'm not there. I used to keep the chat room open every night but no one was coming so I quit. I do love to chat and help others though so we can sure get together! I don't think Buffy has seen your post. I will tell her about it. Actually, you should post to others in their mailbox. I believe what happened with all your posts is that you replied from your email. That's a no-no as it adds a lot of junk to the board and sometimes it will come through multiple times. Please come to the board to post. Thank you. It's ok though, I can always delete posts if need be so don't worry about it, ok? Talk to you soon!  |

Hi Holly, Yes you may use the tags that I make you where ever you want. You also saved them right, the tags stay on the board even after they are picked up. You asked for the blanks and I feel your reason for wanting them is justified. I wil be sending them to your e-mail addy in a few minutes. Take care of yourself, Kalani |

Holly, I am having a meeting with the new chat mods in the chat room Monday at 2 PM Eastern time. I believe that is 11 am your time. Will you be able to join us then? I am planning on you and Matrice together and Jessi and Desi together as chat teams. We will start out that way and see how it works before each having their own chat hour. Remember, when you go into the chat room, to post a notice first that you are in the chat room and will be there (however long) and ask others to come join you. Then when you leave the chat, post again that the chat room is now closed. We will cover this and other things in our meeting. Hope to see you there. Thanks again so much for helping. Hey Holly, I got your message in my mailbox and its quite alright about getting days mixed up. I've do that myself a time or two. When I got there Kalani, Monette, Vicki and Darlene were talking up a storm so I just jumped right in there with them. Hi Holly, I have been seeing that you are having problems posting pics to the boards (coming out as red X's). The best way to do it so that they can be seen everytime is to actually set up your own MSN site that you use just for your own private use. Make sure you set it up as a private group and then upload your pics to it. From there, add them to the posts rather than from your computer. I have several groups and I use one just for that purpose when I want to post a photo. It works every time - everyone can see it just fine. And it is nice if you want to post it to more than one site as you have all of them in one general area. There are other ways of posting pics but this is by far the best way I have found to do it as I haven't had any more red X problems since I started doing this with all of my pics. If you have never set up an MSN site it is really easy and quick. Nothing to it. If you want any help let me know. Hope this helps you! Take care, Laurie |

| Dearest Holly,  Your posts are always such a blessing and give me so much joy. I sit here grinning and laughing thinking about how confused you have been over having 2 Monette's here! Well, she blew my mind when she got in touch with me. I almost didn't open the email from "Monette" as I knew it was not from me to me and thought someone must be playing a joke. Well, the joke was on me when I learned that Monette is her REAL name (mine is a nickname) and then learned about all the other things we have in common .. which REALLY blew my mind!!! Get this! .. She lives near Dallas which is only about 4 hours from me. Her last name is my maiden name. Her grandmother's maiden name is my last name. She also has twins, a boy and a girl. I had twin boys. Her husband's name is Tim, which was the name of a guy I was in love with and planned to marry about 8 years ago until I found out he had another girl living with him!!! The RAT!!!  I cried for months!  Well, Thank God for keeping me from making that huge mistake! Anyway, I really like Monette#2 and I'm so glad she joined us. We also have another new member, Janie, from Washington State. I spent some time getting to know her the other day on instant messenger and she is very sweet but needs support and more Christian friends. I am certain that all of you will be there for her. That's what we do here. She posted a prayer request for her husband. Darlene also needs prayers for herself and her husband as he is total care now due to several strokes and it is very hard for her. She is also raising her 2 teenage granddaughters so she has her hands full. I'm very sorry to say that Desi, Kalani, and Matrice have all left the group but like you say, we are blessed with more new members. "Old Man" is actually an old member who couldn't get back in for some reason under his other member name "jprsr". His name is Johnny and I went to high school with him and have seen him several times in the past few years. I've met his lovely wife Patricia too. She writes books for Harlequin. Check the Member Links to see their websites. Johnny's Aunt Bea is also a member here but she hasn't been here much lately. I hear she is busy quilting now.  Let me tell you what I tell people about my old school days.  I have some new neighbors that just moved in across the street from me a couple of weeks ago and they have a 5 yr. old girl, Emma, and a 3 yr. old boy, Sean. When I met Emma, who just started kindergarten here, I told her that I went to school too a very long time ago. We met in a cave and had very tall ceilings because our teachers were dinosaurs! You should have seen her eyes!!! LOL Well, precious Emma comes over almost daily now and I've figured out why ... Grandma's always have treats and snacks! LOL Thanks for writing me, Holly. I'm glad you are doing so well now and I'm so thankful for your love and prayers. God bless you always. |
