Hi There!

I would like to ask for prayers for my friend Jackie. Jackie lost her husband at 55 yrs. a year ago. Her Mom has suddenly taken ill and is in the hospital. She had severe

vomiting and confusion for two days and now last evening is on morphine. We don't

know all the facts, yet because I think her siblings (7) are keeping it from her until she

gets there. Jackie was asked to come home yesterday and left on the a.m. flight to

Regina, Saskatchewan this morning. She is not a Christian yet, but we are praying her

into the kingdom. I am sooo glad that she was able to spend this last Christmas with

her Mom in Regina. Her Mom has been a very active 86 yr. old lady. Even just last year was flying by herself to B.C. etc. Jackie is feeling drained and devastated. She is

cried out at present. I would appreciate your prayers on behalf of her, her Mom, and her family.....

Maggie, I'm very concerned for Jackie and her mom. I will certainly keep them and their family in prayer. What is her mom's first name, do you know? Does Jackie have a computer? Thank you for letting us know. I often sit here and go over the prayer board praying for those in need. May God continue to hear all the prayers ascending to Him in faith.

Hi Everyone: Saturday, January 14, 2006

Well, Jackie's Mom (Dorothy) passed away today. She apparently had a massive

stroke and was on 'life support' for a few days. I am sooo glad that the family did

not have to make the decision to take her off the support system.

Please pray for them this next week as they plan the Memorial Service and deal

with all the things that need to be dealt with. Jackie has 7 brothers & sisters. One bro

and 1 sister are apparently handling this very badly. Some folks just seem to get one

thing after the other to deal with emotionally, and all of us are not built the same eh?

Hi Everyone:

For those of you who have been praying for Jackie.... She came home on Friday and had to go back to work on Saturday. She is doing quite well under the circumstances, but still needs your prayers to sustain her. It was obvious from what

she told me that your prayers were helping the family while arranging the Memorial

Service and just coping. Thankyou on her behalf,
