Hi There!

   We've had a VERY hot day today! 93deg. in the shade and humid. I was talking

to my daughter-in-love tonight and we are very concerned for Gabrielle. Her mom

came upon a page of Gabbie's thoughts etc. and they were not good. Gabbie is going

to a Christian Camp next week along with her friend. We are hoping that it will be a

good week. When I talked to Gabbie, she really did not want to go with her friend,

but didn't want to disappoint her. Mon & Tues. is the last of final exams for her. This

whole beating thing has done alot of damage. She cannot sleep and when she closes

her eyes, she sees the face of the girl who beat her and so on..... I have suggested that

she ask the Lord to heal the memory. Her dad has made arrangements for her to have

a Counsellor through his work see her when she gets back from the Camp. I did have

a talk with Gabbie tonight for a bit, but, she is not my bouncy happy girl at all. We have a close bond and can usually talk about anything. She is planning on coming to

visit us in August. But, I am very concerned at the present time and would appreciate

your prayers for her, and my son & daughter to have wisdom and discernment with

this situation.

  I am also going for a series of tests. Mostly heart type. I am doing pretty good. But

the stress of Mom's behavior towards me and health issues with hubby, myself, and

grandaughter have been taxing.I am not working at the store this coming week. I am

doing tests and working on cleaning out closets, drawers etc.
