I would like to add my friend Margaret to your prayer list. She is in the Calgary Alberta hospital just going through a second operation for cancer and has had to have her small intestines removed and a bag attached. SHe has been in the hospital 11 days already and is having problems with her lungs filling up and them having to drain them (it is a very painful thing to have to go through). They were not able to get all of the cancer so after she heals and is able to go home probably not for at least a month, then they will decide what to do about the cancer that is still left. Her first operation was just a year ago in June and since that time she developed a massive tumor in her small intestines, so it looks like the cancer is growing very fast so lets pray that what is left will not grow so fast that they won't be able to treat it. She has her trust in the Lord and has been able to lean on Him which has given her strength to get this far. So thank you all for your prayers and support at this time. I will try to give you a update when I have one.

It seems that cancer is running rampant but remind her that she has many praying for her. I know several who lived with cancer for a long time. God is still in the miracle business! I will be praying for her.
My friend Margaret has been in the hospital for over a month now and having to learn a lot of new things about living without a small intestine. They are not even thinking about the cancer that remains in her body yet. They are going to send her home on Thursday so please pray that she will be able to cope and remember to do all the things she will have to do and progress on so well that they will be able to start some kind of treatment soon for the cancer and not leave it too long unattended. She feel very inadiquate with what she has to do and she is so tired that sometimes she just want to give up. So pray that she will have strength and courage to keep on going. Thank you all so much for your prayers.
an update on Margaret. Well the doctor didn't thing she was quite ready to go home yet so she will be in the hospital until Tuesday,(she got infection in her incession) that gives her another whole week to learn how to operate everything when she gets home. Her youngest son is going to stay with her for a little while so if something happens in the night he will be on hand. I am hoping that once she is home she will recover a little faster and I myself am planning( Lord willing )on going back to see her at the end of September or October depending on how fast she is back up on her feet. I want to thank all you for praying for her and please still keep her in your prayers and I am sure she will soon be back for cancer treatments. love all,
