Thanks, Donna. They took her to CCU from ICU yesterday so that is a good sign. She is in a lot of pain, though. We have her little boy, Lance, age 6 with us. Been a long time since I had to feed, bathe, tuck in bed and read stories to a little guy! Fun playing grandma. Not sure when she will be released yet.

I hope she's getting better with no permanent damage!

She has a broken bone in her back and will be wearing a back brace for months. She also had some bruising and bleeding in the brain area and 2 skull fractures. In lots of pain but hopefully no permanent damage.

 

She says she WILL ride the horses again! I give her credit for having spunk!

 

I have been having fun playing grandma although someone thought he was my son tonight! LMAO I said no grandma and she said oh my, YOUNG grandma. Gotta love it... He is just a little doll and fun to have around.

 

 

I'm so sorry that your DIL is hurting so much.....I will remember her in my prayers...
