So, what are you having for breakfast?  I'm having toast, oatmeal, and coffee  this morning.  I don't know what the heck is wrong with me, but I went to sleep at midnight after taking all 10 of my meds, including Lunesta to help me sleep, then I woke up at 3 am!  I wish this computer would stop calling my name so much.  I'm glad I'm a "lady of leisure" now so I can go back to sleep in awhile.  No more kids to get off to school or time clocks to punch.  Ahhh, what a life!   I served my time though for many years changing diapers (and I don't mean disposable ones), getting 4 kids off to school, then keeping several more in my home daycare.

I remember one year I taught Bible School and took 10 kids with me then came home and fixed lunch for them and got them down for a nap.  While they were resting, I would lay down for about 30 minutes then get up and fix afternoon snacks.  Those were busy days.  I still wasn't as busy as Melinda "mel5kids' is now with 6 children and homeschooling all of them.  Yikes!

I just realized something.  Today, Nov. 18, was my grandparents anniversary.  They married Nov. 18, 1908.  Wow, one hundred years ago!  Can you imagine what life was like back then?

Well, folks, I hope you all have a happy day.  God bless you real good!

I had a piecee of apple crisp and finishing my coffee.  You were a very busy person; I only had the 2 kids and worked a full time job and kept the house clean.  The kids today really complain; but i think everyone would learn something if they just had to live like the did a hundred years ago (just for a couple of weeks) might make some things better.
LOVE & HUGS
