Took a trip to the edge there.  Teetered there for a while.  Still none too stable.  Kinda-sorta snapped - ya know?  The petons pulled out, the rope slipped and I went careening down the face.
I guess I found a limit.  Get me a whopper of a cold to boot.  The entire household is sick.  I did find a toe hold.  I'm tied off and looking to climb.  I s'pose I'm not that easy to get rid of.

I'm still here.

Adam

You better not go off any ledges anywhere young man, but if you do, we'll form a searching party and go get you. Shadow will be leading the way with his hunter type skills, so you know we will rescue you!

Welcome back to the sane side Adam! We've all probably went over the deep end at times but thankfully there is usually someone around who cares and throws us a rope, its a bad place to be at anytime. Hope this finds you feeling better all the time. You are in our thoughts and prayers.  Take care    lots of love gramanan

Man, are you sure you're not bipolar?  I've said that before but I swear there's a pattern to these bouts of depression.  They always seem to come after you've experienced some sort of really good thing, and it seems to go on about a monthly cycle. Call me crazy and color me blue, but I'm telling you brother, there's a pattern here.

Well, whatever.  I'm just glad you're feeling better.

God bless,

Dan

Dan's thought just may be right. Mark your good days on the calendar with a Green marker and your bad ones with a black marker. Over a few months, the colours form as a graph. It may help you see a pattern.

All that sugar you consumed at that meeting caused a massive sugar crash in your system, Adam. Carbs break down much faster in your digestive system than anything else and they make your blood sugar drop precipitously, which can cause huge mood swings. You need to stick to a more balanced diet to keep your moods on an even keel. Carry healthier snacks like raw veggies and trail mix and drink water instead of soda, and I think you'll find your moods stabilizing.

No, you're not!!!  That's the problem, Adam.....LOL.  Just joshing ya.......but you ARE having hormonal issues.

Seriously....think about what happens to you during a month...or however long....what you eat, what you do, etc., are you 'up' are  you 'down'???   Write it all down, then see how you change....or not.  Be faithful with doing this for a couple of months....and then see if there is a cycle with it.  You might be surprised!!!!

Hang in there, Adam!
Hugz,
Dee
