Hi everybody!  I apologize that I haven't been around, I have been deathly sick with the flu then slipping into deep depression.

I fell several times last week
I hurt my right hip, bruised my right arm, and elbow.  To top it all I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety. I just got back after seeing my psychiatrist I was hoping my psychiatrist would make adjustments with my medication we talked about my Lamitcal I am currently taking 400 mg, I thought I had room to increase the meds a couple times, but I don't I am at the maxium dose, I'm ok with that.

I was a bit disappointed my doctor didn't take time to listen with the concerns I had, all she did was write scripts I needed to get filled.  Don't get me wrong she does listen to my concerns, however this time she didn't.  Oh well I'm over it.

Anyway, that is all for now.

The flu is going around.  That probably explains why your doc didn't have much time to sit and listen to you.  She probably had a full office filled with flu patients.    Reckon?  Who knows, huh?  Doctors.  We need 'em.  But sometimes...  I just dunno what to do with 'em.

Hugs and lots of love,

Dan

I feel better thankfully the flu is over I let it run its course.  I was going to get an OTC medicine, however, I didn't want to get anything without consulting with my family doctor.  Years ago I didn't have to worry, but with the medication I am currently taking might have interactions, I didn't want to chance it.

I have been talking to my Mom checking up on her making sure she is okay...she told me she was up & down running to the bathroom, she has acid reflux...she's been experincing that for years, I'm not sure it is called because she had to get her gallbladder removed, which that was in 1992, she underwent a gallbladder attack.

I had to get mine removed in 2005, but I didn't have an attack, it was found through the many tests I had to go through...and they were the most painful tests, especially lying on my back for TWO HOURS...I asked if there were mucle relaxers so I'd make it through the test....unfortunately they couldn't...oh well.

I'm telling you I'd rather suffer with the pain in my back then the migraines...I'm not saying the migraines aren't as bad...I know you all know how long I have suffered with the headches.

The migraines are so disabled...but on the samee token my back is also disabled itself...either way they're both disabled.

Well, I have of get off here.

Continue later.....

I do understand about not feeling "listened to" when you see your dr.
I'm glad that you are over the flu.  We were also sick in our house.  As for the falling, well, stop it.
