Andrea, we've told Jenn she's to stay away from the board until she gets back from her honeymoon unless she wants to post a brief message about something, but under no circumstances is she to answer any. Sorry about that, but she's simply too busy right now with all the myriad details surrounding her upcoming wedding, and she needs to be able to concentrate on that, and her visiting family and friends right now. Also, she is not a doctor, and should not be put in the position of trying to diagnose ANYONE, either in person or over the Internet; it's not fair to her to ask her to try. She does her utmost to use her training to help everyone here, but asking her to diagnose you is dangerous to YOU and possibly to her future as a physical therapist. Please don't put her in that position again; you need to get a proper diagnosis from your doctor, and he or she should then refer you to a physical therapist. Only then should you take any therapy concerns to Jenn. Ok? : ) With the paralysis and weakness on your right side, you should certainly be using some kind of support, I should think, especially if you're experiencing falls more often. Talk to your doctor about a walker or a leg brace or something to help you with better support so you won't be falling so much.
