I just want to comment that I'm glad we were here to help you, Dale. I remember back and what a mess you were when you first came here. 
So it's doubly good to see you doing well now.
But don't give us too much credit, sweetie. We may have showed the way, but it was you who had the courage to make the needed changes in your life and in the way you dealt with your pain.
