I would like to suggest a elastic black back support like mine, see the picture. It truly is a miracle for me as I have a compressed L-5 fracture and Compressed T6-7 compressed fracture, osteoarthritus and protrubing disc bulge. You must inves in 2 supports, cut of fthe extra two straps, and cut off one velcro side (12" length) and have it sewn onto the other support so it can fit someones waist properly. Once it is put on, I could feel the back pain going down in seconds. I recommend it to anyone with back pain.
