Just wanted to introduce myself again. I'm Kathy, live in Washington State. I suffer from CFS/FMS, bi-polar, diabetic neuropathy (chronic pain stuff!). I take several medications a day, but still don't have very good pain relief. But I never give up, keep on going is my motto.

Its nice to be here where everyone is supportive and I get so many great ideas and learn so much.
