Joolieana, Hello to you...Yes my body jerks, I call it jumps, sometimes so high off the bed it is frightening...WHY? My Doc told me it's like an earth quake trying to settle down, an aftermath of it, in our case our nerves...there trying to heal from what he told me...It happened to me especially after surgery on my neck, now it's a year later and it still does it but not as bad, except if I have one of those days where I think I can lift mountains and clean the whole house in one day...don't be upset about it there is really nothing they can do, but this is what I have been told, maybe someone else here has a better explanation for you... or look here it helps you find your pain...jumping...
