Ok I started  the Health and fitness Challenge at work last week
Gonna post here my wekkly results
so I can keep track..
Work out at Gym Mon thru Fri
 
Week 1
Lost 5 pounds
 
Week 2
Lost 1 and a half pounds
but gained some muscle tone in my legs and thighs

Week 3
 
Lost another 4 and a half pounds  pounds this week
 
For a grand total of 11 Pounds.
 
Started a Pilates Class, Love it and do a spin (Cycling) class
yes I have found my Blood sugars going down to, the instructor  for my 2 classes is also a diabetic so he makes sure I have some sort of sugar or something with me before we start just in case. 
He said Tuesday he was bringing some healthy snacks for us to share, even said they would be good for us D People.

You are doing so good Coda.. I have been trying to do some exercise each day mosly streching...I have fibromyalgia so its hard to move but I'm doing what I can...I started walking on a treadmill about 2 months ago...when I started I could only do 2 mins now I can do 7 mins...I know its not much but I figure a little is better then nothing...

Gained half a pound
 
I think its the muscle replacing the fat.  my stomache is getting firmer,  looks like I am only 5 months pregnant instead of 9 lol  and No I am not Pregnant. 
Oh well I will get em next week
Still go to the gym 5 days a week.  LOVE IT

I have now lost a total of 18 pounds, I go to the gym 5 or 6 days a week.  I am still taking Pilates and Cycling.   I Have added a yoga, a PiYo (Pilates/Yoga) and a Step class.  Guess I have turned into a Cardio Junkie.   I Don't feel right if I haven't had my exercise fix for the day anymore.  I Even get up at 7 am   after working till 1230 am.  I feel fantastic.
 
Need to lose about 15 to 20 more pounds of fat and gain about 5 pounds of muscle.

Coda~~~ I am new here and when I read this I was VERY impressed !! You are doing a wonderfull job!!!
   I am starting a weight losing diet today~~along with exercise~~I am old(66) and just had a hip replacement operation so the exercise will be low impact,and I sure won't lose the way you have!!!

3 more weeks of the challenge to go.
I have lost a total of  20 pounds so far  and I FEEL GREAT.
 
I am still doing the classes during the week and I Love the Yoga and the pilates classes wish they offered the yoga classes in the mornings too as the Thursday night class is hard to get too because of work.  take my lunch hour then.
 
Well back to work for me
