Lost another 4 and a half pounds pounds this week
For a grand total of 11 Pounds.
Started a Pilates Class, Love it and do a spin (Cycling) class
yes I have found my Blood sugars going down to, the instructor for my 2 classes is also a diabetic so he makes sure I have some sort of sugar or something with me before we start just in case.
He said Tuesday he was bringing some healthy snacks for us to share, even said they would be good for us D People.
