IMHO the mother should be held accountable.

She is so much more sophisticated in the use of words and she devastaed a 13 year old.  How cruel and childish!

Just rewards.  She deserves punishment.  Such immaturity for an adult who is raising kids herself.  I don't want to think of the type of children they are.  Children learn what they live.  I hope it is not too late for them to learn from the actions of a misguided adult.  She certainly has to realize her responsibility in the role of the 13yr old's death.  May there somehow be forgiveness in the end of all of this for all involved.  Forgiving does not mean forgetting, nor does it mean that actions go without just punishment.

What kind of craz person is she. Of cause she diserves punishment. And by the higher jugde, which is God. Maybe by this action taken, others with the same intentions will think twice before acting in the same matter.
