When I use to wear fake fingernails I lost one in the toilet. My son dropped his cell phone down the toilet my accident. We had to take the toilet apart because it got caught in the "L" of the pipe.
my dh droped a washcloth he was using to wipe his hands when he was working. everything backup up. had to call a plumber, cost $379 to snake the washcloths back up. well that was the last time he ever used a washcloth again, I took them away on him.
Cannot think of anything that I have dropped in the toilet but my Maine Coon cat, CryBaby, has dropped many of his toys in the toilet. Needless to say the lids stay down now if toilets are not in use here
