Well, we found out the results of my daughter's MRA and CT scan yesterday.  Thank God there was NO aneurysm!!  The difference in the blood flow to her brain is because one of the arteries is larger then the other one, making it look like a blockage.  She has a deviated septum in her nose, and the soft tissue in her nostrils is swollen, but no sign of any infection.  The conclusion on the headaches and earaches is that it is being caused on her severe case of scoliosis.  She is to see a neuorsurgeon soon as requested by her spine doctor.  Hopefully something can be done to help with her constant pain.  Thanks to all who sent prayers and good wishes our way.
