Hi, I have heard that Charles Osgood son of Charles and Edith Osgood moved to San Fransisco in USA.As he is listed on UK 1901 census it must have been soon after that I am presuming is there any way of confirming this?

Hi sandie,If he is listed there in San Francisco  you should find him in the 1810 census.Best site for This is Heritage Quest..
