April 27th.. no am tape video broke
 
pm: I walked/sprinted the equivalency of 5 miles. I did  return and eat something but hey i was hungry. Tomorrow is a new day and a new beginning.

i walked 4 miles today; eats werent too bad..workin on it! Video still not workin will increase

Today was great after two days of absence to get back on track...and thats where I did my laps..
lol.
accomplished 3 1/2-4 miles today as the norm these days.. :o)
 
Looking forward to working with weight training agian in morn to accomplish up to seven miles daily once again.

am. walked an hour
pm. Tely training 30 min. interval training 
 
Worked hard.. Eats were pretty good.

I did 10 laps(7+3) this eve as it was raining! Me shoes were wet so i booted it home..lol

8 laps at track this eve. Twas wet and I walked around outside as well.
