April 27th.. no am tape video broke     pm: I walked/sprinted the equivalency of 5 miles. I did  return and eat something but hey i was hungry. Tomorrow is a new day and a new beginning.        |

May 5:     Today was great after two days of absence to get back on track...and thats where I did my laps..  lol.  accomplished 3 1/2-4 miles today as the norm these days.. :o)     Looking forward to working with weight training agian in morn to accomplish up to seven miles daily once again.     Bert  |
