Oh MY Goodness...........................MINDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't been on much lately either, I'm off work since mid Nov and in a lot of pain, so I'm not often around. I decided to come on for a few minutes and checked in here and imagine my surprise to see this new id is YOU! Gosh I've missed you too lady and glad to see you back and as I mentioned in one of Dale's threads, I've love for us all to get together on yahoo pager - we could all do a conference. Hello Nita, How good it is to hear from you! When time permits, reading your charming/scary/touching book and marveling that my friend is such a talented, warm, strong lady, brings comfort. Your gentle strength has pulled me through many less than peaceful times. You are an inspiring example, Nita. Paul has good days and not so good days, thank you for asking. Every second is a blessing. It brings joy to think of all of the children who are benefitting from your attentions, as well as the unconditional love that they surely give freely to one such as you. I imagine them, enthralled, listening to you tell them your marvelous stories. When I find that I am missing you, this image of you and the children will bring smiles. My Sweet Dale, To hear that you are doing well is such good news, and wonderful to know! So many times, wondering how you have been and praying for you felt empty, not knowing. There is always hope, and there you are, living proof. I am so happy that you are better. Lately, writing has been difficult. The above was written in an uncommon moment last year. You and the others make me feel so "at home" here on S.M. that it makes me sad to say that there is not much to offer in the way of creativity at this time. Also, there is not much time, so although posting here and touching all of your lives feels incredibly warm, my presence will probably (of neccessity) be sparce. Hi Sassy, Your enthusiasm is infectious. It is like the best reunion here! ...and the southern drawl is most appreciated!  Having a conference would be nostalgic and such fun. ( I fear that this is the part where all of you will groan and say, "Oh yes, I remember now...") when the confession is told that the new yahoo pager is confusing to me. Speaking directly to no one online has been for so long, that everything is unfamiliar. If it helps, my yahoo screen name is, [email protected] . It would be a lovely surprise if everyone's name would magically appear on my pager (hint hint ;-) -- if that is possible. It breaks my heart to hear of your pain, Sassy, and it is with great hope that you will find relief soon. You will remain in my thoughts and prayers, as always. It humors me to consider that someone else may have a memory as forgetful as my own. This is in reference to my "new" screen name, [email protected] -- the one that you created for me! Do you remember that in a feeble attempt to create one myself, the end result was "pastelady"?  You rescued me, Sassy, by generously making me the new one.
