Michael walked into his classroom. It was a nice sized art room with a simple yet refined set up. Moving the desks and chairs around he formed a large square with the stools on the outside and opening at either end to allow passage through the middle. In the middle sat his podium, a stool next to it as well. There were six stools on each side, sitting 24 students easily. To the back of the class, a row of cabinates lined the wall. They held the sinks and closet at either end where the supplies where stored. He then pulled a normal sized desk to the right of the door and set a basket on one of the corners/ Stretching a bit he walked back over to his podium and took his seat, setting up a few things as he waited for the bell that sounded class to begin. As the bell rang and the students started to settle he stood clapping his hands together twice to gain their attention. "Alright class. I'm your new art teacher. My name is Michael Dengo and I teach Art l and ll. Both first and second years are mixed in the same class so what I will do is, when you have assignments I'll talk to you depending on you level. Sometimes I'll address Art l students first and sometimes Art ll, so make sure that you all are paying attention. There will be a few projects that you do as groups no matter you level. Now, I personally do not care where you sit and while in this class I do not mandate that you where your student id as long as you keep your hats off you're fine. Hoodies are also allowed as long as you hoods stay off your head. I don't know if some of you noticed or not, but that table over there by the door will be where you turn in you smaller assignments and work done on 8'11 pages. Anything bigger then that will be put in you folder that we will be making later on in the week. There will also be paper there that you will need for the days assignment and I'll usually be here to tell you how many sheets you need. We will not be doing much today, but your first assignment will be tomorrow. So, are there any questions. Anything that you wish to know or are concerened about just ask, and if that's all then I'll leave you to your own devices."
