You have our permission to use the art for a signature tag as long as you do not change the focal point of the art in any way. Any background or wording on the art alteration cannot make the art x-rated in any way. You also must not sell the tag in any form, and you must credit Ruth's art with "copyright 2004 Ruth Thompson, Tarnished Images, Inc." A link to her site would be great. Thanks for asking permission! URL is not required on Tags but as of June.13.07 the Forum ID is required. The new correct would look like ©PetraRobinson-ID=??? Where the question marks are would be the place to put your Forum ID. Registering on the Forum is a requirement to keep on using my Free Tubes and / or Gold Membership tubes. Only the Introduction post needs to be made and after that you never need to post again. I have changed my TOU so that from now on all Groups use the same copyright Information. In the past I gave permission to G rated Group to use ©PetraRobinson. Tags that had been made before the change of TOU can still be used. If used for Web sets , IM Letters , stationary and such you need to put a clickable link back to my Web Site on . My tubes are not to be shared as they are but you can make tags with them of course and share those. Please do not colourize and / or cut parts away or out. You can animate the tubes , add sparkles and glitter , make them wink.. If you want to use the Desktop Backgrounds or images from the showcase for tags * not to be tubed * you need an extra permission. I hope that is ok. Petra
