There will be a Commemorative Event T-shirt and Video -- $25 each -- not sold in stores. The video includes "Evening highlights, intimate backstage footage, actor interviews and musical performances, event dress rehearsal and much much more."
There is an order form which you can just manufacture yourself. Put your name, address, daytime phone number. Copies of the video @ $25. T-shirts @ $25 in size L or XL. You can send a tax-deductible donation to support the kids at St Jude in any amount.
