as most of you know.. I am still going to see the Cardiac Sister on a Thursday's... and we were told.. after heart attack..... they have started a class once a week for us as they have found it is benifishel to help us ...I have been twice .GUESS what we are being taught TI CHI I was so thrilled to be in volved with this... because to learn the peace and tranquillity from this ..........and to extend my way of life............... to build up a rapore.. more with Spirit.. because ,......... yes some of you guessed it my guide.......... Shangling .......... my chinese man......... who's been with me for year's......but also....... the end is MEDITATION.................... while I was there the teacher who goes to CHINA on a regular basis spoke to us ...........and was with a chinese family who has taught him from a child ............and is one of the top teacher's so I feel privaliged.................. but I had to have my heart attack to meet this man.................... and go to these classes............. they know I taught Meditation through Spirit.... and are impressed so who know's ..........what is in store today..... tomorrow....... also when I was at STANSTEAD HALL as you know I watched a lady do....... TI CHI............ but had fogotten it was in..........my subconcius and then I realized I had a .....VIDEO ............... of me doing MEDITATION AT STANSTED ........ I played it today and watched me........... it was nice but when that had finshed............... a few second's later this lady started .............TI CHI........ SO HOW DOES SPIRIT WORK ..............after all those year's it has been there now it is time for ????? WHO KNOW'S I just thought my angel friend's I could pass a little more infomation of how your life can turn around ..... thank you for taking the time to read this mail so I will sy god bless you all and xxxxxxxxxxxSMILExxx

Each timeyou are temptedto resort to the weakness and eeror of the lower mindand of the material world,but instead of being overcome by these temptations of the lower self you respond to the light of the higher self,or tothe prompting of your guide,who fills your being with love and humility. so you grow stronger you take a step forwardand upwards .towards your goal

Yet still the journey seems long and you become discouraged. and begin to think you will never reach the golden heaven.We know,my children,we know;

but we come to bring you good cheer,for joy must be your companion on this path leading to the heart of the Father .We understand the weariness of the flesh, we understand the soul-weariness,but we know to that there comes

without fail a sustaining ,refreshing graceto upholdthe wary travelleron his journey . We bring you a message not only of joy and hope, but of assurancethat God's love is omnipotent,omniscient, omnipresent and it is for you to recieve it as a welcome and honoured guest, in your heart .
