Turning, burning, flaming the ring turns
My life before my eyes is reeling
A fire in my heart, my life burns
I open my eyes to behold
A sight never before that has been seen
Suddenly I am struck with a chill most cold
I hear a cry, a wrending scream, a doleful keen
No feeling have I
Destroyed in one cry
Suddenly it is gone
And it is dawn.
