While many gays and lesbians may choose to have children in various ways other than adoption,the current rise in homosexuality (not just in those publicly "coming out" but those being born gay) can be viewed as an evolutionary population control. If you want to talk about instinct and survival, we all know this planet is dying at the base animal level and at the highest spiritual awareness and that a great contributor to this death is the sheer mass humanity The whole "procreation" demand of the Christians is outdated and contributing to our downfall.
