We're not against the M3, as long as it doesn't pass through the Tara/Skryne Valley
DON'T LET THE FATE OF TARA..........
...........BE THAT OF STONEHENGE In August 2003 An Bord Pleanála granted planning permission for a 50-km, �? billion motorway scheme through the valley between the Hill of Tara and the Hill of Skryne, in Co Meath, Ireland. This valley is "chock-a-block" with monuments. Contray to National Roads Authority spin, the motorway does traverse the Hill of Tara, since it clearly goes along the side of the Hill.
This is "one of the most important and famous archaeological sites in the world," according to expert Dr Conor Newman. Save Tara/Skryne Valley Campaign was formed immediately to oppose the M3 motorway alignment through this valley. It comprises local, national and international members. Time is ticking, and we need your help please.
