You can use color to relax, energize, or generally help balance your body and spirit. One way to use color is to add it to the bath. You can make colored bath salts or fizzy bath bombs, but for more intense color, it's easier to keep the colorants in liquid form. Feel free to add scents to the bath to heighten the effect of the colors. You could also include colored candles, colored towels, and of course, colored clothing! Make a color bath by adding up to 1/2 teaspoon of food coloring to the bath. Swish the water around to dilute it; otherwise the colors may stain. You can prepare the colors in advance and store them in vials or tubes. Mix together: - up to 1/2 tsp. food coloring color

- Few drops fragrant oil (optional)
