I'm going to keep this simple and to the point (and refer to the stars, by their stage names). The recent articles about the backstage reactions with Lita and Edge, over the entire Matt ordeal, have been false. I have worked with the WWE for years, and I can tell you that the backstage karma hardly ever makes it this high. Everybody is doing their best to help eliminate all the commotion. Articles have the fan's/readers believing that everybody is against Edge and Lita, in the backstage environment. But it's untrue.

There are a few Matt supporters still in the WWE, but they are very few. Yes everyone believes that Matt has every right to be upset; but they aren't siding with him, due to his actions himself. People are getting the view that the Sensei is completely right in what he has done and said, but they are wrong. Matt brought this upon himself, and now he's trying to get Lita and Edge to take the heat before he does. Matt was warned a few weeks ago, prior to his release, that he would have to put a stop to his gripes on his website, by the management. He didn't heed the warning, and thus brought upon his release after further pushing it..

Edge and Lita have many supporters in the WWE, Raw and Smackdown brands alike. Even the head honcho, Vince, is keen to the two. Vince loves Lita like a daughter, and she's always been around to help him out and hardly ever complains to management. Matt's complained numerous times, and the last straw was when he rejected the Wrestlemania Laddermatch position (replaced with Kane), and said that he would be surrounded by trash in the ring and his big return would be worthless. Vince does not take kindly to rude remarks like that towards himself or other superstars.

Lita is one of the most supportive wrestlers on Raw. Once her segment or match's are over, she's immediately in the back seeing about setting up for whatever needs done, always volunteering to help out if something went wrong and they need a replacement for the segment. She has no true enemies backstage, and no one believes that what Lita did was entirely wrong, considering what they have seen go on with Matt in the past.

It might not be known to anyone outside the WWE, but it will now. Matt is not the caring person that he leads on to be. He's beaten on Lita in the back, usually when nobody is looking. But she's came to the show with bruises on her arms quite often, and they were never accidents. Matt's even harassed some of the women in the back. Trish has been groped by Matt on many occasions, sometimes playfully, or accidental. One time stating that he thought she was Lita, even though she has blond hair and much larger frontal section.

I hope this sheds some light on the true happenings backstage, so that at least some articles are true. The media is tricky, as it doesn't always stick to the truth; as long as it can get a story over. It's slander, but it is expected, with the fact that people just submit news at will. Some of which hold no truth, not that I'm blaming you. How are you to know for sure what is real and what is make believe.
