Marty just called about 10 minutes ago, Annie was admitted to the local hospital just after lunch today because of Pulmonary Adema. He said they usually have no problem reducing the fluids but she will be there a couple of days. He asked if I would let everyone know. I'll keep you updated as I hear news from her. Sherry |

The good Lord must be working overtime and all because of a special lady, Annie. May His grace be with you today, Annie, and every day for a long, long time. For someone most of us have never met, I think you are the most special lady around! My prayers continue, not only for you, but for your physicians, and your family and friends. We are all in this together, I suppose, and want to see our friend happy and healthy. Much love, Logan |

Does anyone know what time Annies' procedure is today? Or is she just checking in the hospital and they are doing it tomorrow? Still praying for our Annie! Indy |

Lisa Ky ... I hope life looked compassionately on you in your childhood years. I know you had to be a special blessing for the parents looking for a daughter.. Annie will like this when she returns... she herself was a one of those special parents |

Annie, can you hear me now? LOL I've been praying like crazy you know...and that is something I'm good at......the crazy part. I thought as much and loud as I've been praying, surely you could hear me. I come in here now and then to catch up....it's been almost a week this time. Dial up.....it's a trial to wait so long for the page to load but when I read something like this......like you made it through a tough period of time and are doing well enough to have the stents put in....is well worth the wait. I won't complain one iota if'n there's good news at the end of the wait. I'll just fill ya in on the stuff here.....been feeding the deer heavily so's to try and keep them from wandering too far in the hunting zones and so far the little fawns from this summer all are here and so are their mama's. The others I can't tell yet but right now I'm looking at a three year old buckaroo who's got half a pretty rack. He's got some tumors and I suspect that is what is affecting one half of his rack. It's almost straight up and down but oddly shaped while the other side of the rack is very handsome. If this dude makes it a few more years, he'll be sporting one of those kinds of racks that hunters would drool over. I hope this guy sticks around right here......as long as he's got enough girls here, he should be quite happy. I see him close to the buck scrape I've been keeping track of and thinks it's his. It's a beautiful scene outside with all the orange turning to brown crunchy to walk on leaves. The air is crisp and you can smell the acorns as they lay in wait for the deer and squirrels to munch on. There's also a heavy black walnut crop on the ground so there's plenty of food for all. I've been keeping two clean bins of water for them and I see doves and turkeys drink daily. I watch the deer drink and the water runs off their chins....so neat to watch them this closly. Oh....and in one bin there's a little frog living. I break the ice daily and change 1/4 of the water out to keep him with oxygen and keep the leaves in the bottom for his cover. It's the first winter a frog has decided to remain and I hope I can keep him alive till spring. The boy turkeys....there are six who visit daily....they are no longer so afraid....they will hear my whistle and trot down to feed. There's one Mama doe with her youngster who also heed my whistle. I'll be almost back to the house after putting out feed and turn around to see them slip through the woods to come eat. I never put enough to fill them as they need what is natural to keep them healthy....just enough to keep them in the safety area where they know they can eat without fear. As I walk through the woods, I am finding little flat places where they have been napping. Funny as I never can see them laying there but from that vantage I can see the windows and deck clearly. I hope to soon hear you are so well that you've been out taking those wonderful pictures you take. Some snowy ones and icicly ones with squirrels dangling from your feeders. I hope to read that all this heart stuff is behind you and you are busy getting ready to do all that mowing and stuff you do in the spring...gopher hunting included. Get well dear Annie. I miss.....WE miss you so much and love you. Dale |
