(written to someone on another group.)

Ouden, since you gave some history about you changing from Oneness, or Jesus-only, to trinity,  I will give you a bit of how I did right the opposite, and how God brought me out of both.

As a very small child I attended a wonderful Jesus-only church.  I loved it.  Loved the shouting and speaking in tongues and the whole bit.  But my daddy made us start going to a baptist church.  At first I hated the change.  I missed my other church.
but as the years rolled by,  I became indoctrinated with this dead religion.  But my soul still cried out to know the real joy and glory of God.
those preaches told us speaking in tongues and all such was of the devil.  They took away any chance of learning how to have faith.

Finally, at the age of 24,  God spoke directly to me, in church, and told me,  "I want you to leave this church and never go back."
I knew it was God.  NO doubt.  So I left, never went back.  Started going back to my childhood Jesus-only church.  Became very, very, very hungry for the power of god in my life.  Sought God diligently for almost a year,  at home, of course.

finally at age 25,  not even believing in speaking in tongues,  God called me and gave me the most marvelous Baptism of the Holy Ghost i have ever heard of.  whole church said this.
I preached in tongues, not even knowing what I was doing.

After much studying of the Scripture, I came to believe in the Jesus-only doctrine.  Knew it inside and out.  Could teach it as well and as convincely as anyone.

then after a few years, shortly after my husband's death,  God spoke directly to me again.  Knew it was God.  no doubt.
He said,  "there is a difference in the Father and the Son.  The Father is a greater, more powerful being than the son."

Well, I can tell you,  this trilled my soul, because I knew it was my God speaking to me and leading me.  So After some more study,  God leading me,  He showed me the difference in the Father and the Son.  STILL NOT TRINITY.

Neither doctrine is correct.  Neither one is taught in Scripture.
Then after a few more years, while discussing some Scriptural things with a friend, here at home,  God came to me in the most unusual way He has ever visited me.

He began to take my spirit sort of into another 'room' of understanding.  Never had anything like that before or since.  It sort of scared me at first.  When I began to go into that 'other room',  (only way I know to describe this)... I began 'seeing' what was in there,  I almost pulled back.  It frightened me for a moment,  because it is so totally different from anything I have ever heard another soul say.

But I KNEW it was my God, the same one who has led me from childhood until now,  at 68 years of age.

He has never told me one wrong thing.  At times what he shows me scares me at first until he explains it from Scripture.

This was that way.  I was in the Spirit in a way I had never been before.  I believe this is how he showed John and others their visions.  He showed me that God is  A  MANY MEMBERED KINGDOM.

I knew it was God, so I accepted it.  But I did as I always do,  I asked Him to show it to me in Scripture, for I do not teach anything I cannot prove with pure Scripture.
He did.

1Cor. 12 and Romans 12.  Paul showing that as our body is made up many members, yet it is all the same body,  so is Christ.  Christ is the anointed BODY of Christ, the entire membership of the kingdom of Jesus Christ.

We are many,  yet we are all ONE.  the one does not refer to numbers, or how many.  It means in perfect unity, harmony,  equality.
Equality is the heart and escence of God.

Adam and Eve were created as EQUALS to begin with.  This is what everyone is overlooking.  Adam was only set to rule over her after he seduced her into partaking of the law.  Under law, one rules over another.  But Jesus said with you,  his people,  it SHALL NOT BE SO.

Break every yoke.

Only those who come to EQUALITY will be in his kingdom.   In Christ  we are ALL ONE.

Christ is the IMAGE OF GOD.  We are members of Christ.  many are ONE.
It is the same with God.  Many are ONE.  They are united in perfect love, perfect harmony and equality.

God is not just 1  ,  2,  or  3.  as the tiny human mind has conjured up.  You think you are free from  romanish?  NO.  AS long as you think of God as either  1,  2,, or 3,  you are under that evil lie.

God is an innumerable kingdom.  That is why there are so many different names for God in Scripture.  This is the real truth.  not some made up junk.  This is the only doctrine which truly fits ALL SCRIPTURE, without crossing any and without having to call some of it added-on,  false,  misinterpreted.
This truth fits every single Word of God's word,  for it is his truth.

Jesus did not become God as going back to God, as some think.  God set Jesus up to be on equal grounds with himself.  He even said for us all to worship his son.  even angels.
God is not jealous of this.  All the members of God love the same,  no jealousies,  one above another, or any such.  It is PERFECT.  (There are some who think that Jesus went back to being God and that did away with the Father.  Nothing could be more false.)

This is their plan for us.  This is their desire for us.  When will we get there?

If Christ is a many membered body,  so is God, because Christ is the IMAGE OF GOD.  So if god is just   1,  or   2,, or  3,  then christ could not be in his image.

The human body,  made up of innumerable members,  shows this, as Paul used it to explain.

I praise my God for having mercy on me and revealing such glory to me.
So to all who wish to mock it,  realize that all the confusion steems from believing that God is either  1,  2,  or 3.  He is neither.

The Father is a kingdom oF  SPIRIT.  The son is a kingdom of FLESH.
When we receive our glorified body,  that is the merging of the two,  or the MARRIAGE.

Jesus already received his and is married to God.  It is most glorious.

Freeborn.

Lu 1:30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.

Lu 1:31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

Lu 1:32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:

Lu 1:33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

Lu 1:34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?

Lu 1:35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

Lu 1:36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.

Lu 1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.

Notice here, verse 34. Mary asked the angel how she could conceive a child, seeing she knew not a man. The Angel told her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee

See? He said the Holy Ghost would come UPON her. He did NOT say, he will come INTO THEE. He also said the HG shall overshadow you. He did not say, he will enter into your womb and mix with your seed.

Now if that were what did happen, the angel would have told her so. He truthfully answered her question, as to how she would conceive.

I do not interpret Scripture.  It is the trinities and the Jesus-onlies who attempt to interpret Scripture.

No Scripture is of any PRIVATE interpretation.  See, this does not mean that I cannot seek the answers in Scripture and then teach what it says.

It means that we  cannot just add in some  man's thoughts as interpretation.

Scripture is the only thing which can rightly interpret Scripture.

This is the very most important truth to learn.  When any doctrine adds or takes away even ONE word, in what they say,  it makes a lie.  So, in order to have the truth, the full truth, and nothing but the truth,  one absolutly must find and quote a Scripture, adding nothing,  which does actually say what we are saying that it says.

Now, that is the clearest way I know of explaining this thing.  When you learn, anyone learns, to seek the answer to all verses, or sentences in Scripture, from another Scripture, and do not accept anything which is not found to be said exactly that way, in another Scripture, then and only then will you find truth.

Until God himself reveals a thing to someone, they do not have the truth of it.  Just accepting what a church or preacher or anyone else says,  is not going to give truth.  it must be stated in Scripture.

Now, for someone to take the Scripture, which says that the Father was in Christ, and say that this means that the Father made himself a human body to tabernacle in and work in,  is a fine example of this ADDING to his Word, in order to try to explain a doctrine.

See, no Scripture says that.  So that is man's interpretation.  it does not fit other Scripture, so it proves to be false.

When others hold to false beliefs, then naturally they are going to say I am misinterpreting.  But see, I say only what Scripture DOES say.

Scripture does NOT say that God made a body for himself to work in or through.  that is false interpretation.  If not, then you must be able to quote a verse, or sentence, in  the KJV  which does say exactly that.

Until you can do this, then you do not have truth.

Furthermore,  when God himself does speak to a person and reveal HIS truth to that person,  then and only then  THAT PERSON HAS NO MORE DOUBTS OR CONFUSION ON THAT ISSUE.  All questions about the matter can then rightly be answered with  some other Scripture, as proof.

Read your board, the last few threads on there now.  It shows that they all have doubts and confusion.
The reason for this, is that God has not revealed His Truth to them.

I prove everything I teach with pure Scripture.  I do not interpret it.  I seek the interpretation from other Scriptures.

Hope you understand what I am saying.

Eze 36:25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

Eze 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

Eze 36:27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

The above verses is God speaking of the New Testament salvation. Can you see that? They were never made clean until the Day of Pentecost. Only the blood of Jesus can cleanse us from sin.

So it is speaking of the water Baptism in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. It is speaking of the Baptism of the Holy Ghost?STRONG>I will put my spirit within you?.

Dwell on that thought for a few minutes. I will put MY SPIRIT within YOU.

Does that make all who receive the Spirit of God within ourselves, be God? That is exactly what the Jesus-only doctrine says?.that because the Spirit of God was in Jesus, that this means he was God, or that it was God’s human body.

See? It is not saying that. It is the same way God puts his Spirit within us.

God did NOT get into a babies body and live?  Jesus was total human, and did not receive the Holy Ghost until he was 30 years old?

This was when he was baptized.

Jesus had his own human mind and spirit.  No part of Jesus was God.

God did not make himself a human body to work in or live in.  No Scripture says this.

People try to prove that Jesus was God by saying that Jesus raised the dead.  Well, so did Paul, Peter, Elijah, Elisha, and I am sure many others did as well.

Jesus fed the multitudes with a small amount of food.....so did Elisha.

See, these miracles do not prove that Jesus was God.  He said all that I do, shall you do and more,  BECAUSE I  GO   TO  MY FATHER.

Even though His Father's spirit was in Christ,  his Father was also STILL  IN HEAVEN.

Truth can and does take in any and all Scriptures, with no mix up.

Now, here is solid proof that the Holy Ghost is NOT Jesus:

John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.
John 16:14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you.

See, that said when the holy Ghost is come, he will NOT speak of HIMSELF.  He  (another person)  will receive of MINE (person speaking)  and show it unto you.

So now that was Jesus speaking and saying that the Holy ghost will not speak of himself, but will glorify Jesus.

Do you believe the Book of John?  Do you believe that all truth must agree with all Scripture?  If so, let's look at this from Scripture.

Now the word plainly shows that Jesus did not receive the Holy Ghost until he was baptized at the age of 30.

Some say he had the Holy ghost at birth...where is one Scripture to support that belief?  There is none.

John the baptist is the only one who was ever  born with the Holy Ghost already in him.

Jesus had learned the Word of God from childhood up.  this is how he had the wisdom at 12.

Do you not know that God anointed Jesus with the Holy Ghost and power?  Jesus said the spirit of the Lord God is UPON me, because HE has anointed me.

This is Peter speaking:
Ac 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Peter said God anointed Jesus with the Holy Ghost and Power....thus proving that Jesus was not God.  Jesus did not anoint Jesus with Jesus.

People have no idea what God has led me to or told me.  Yet they presume to judge a thing of which they know not one thing?

I do not get my teachings or knowledge from what it 'out there'.  That is the problem now, with the entire church world.

I study the Word of God and do not take up anything as truth until God speaks to me and reveals it to me.  It always agree PERFECTLY with Written Scripture.

Now take   'trinity', for instance.  You just accept this because others already made up this false teaching.  Did you seek to see if it is really taught in the Word of God?  NO, you did not.

How do I know?  Because IT  IS NOT TAUGHT IN SCRIPTURE.

I have a board here on trinity.  Take a look.  Try to answer my questions on this subject.  (that is if you wish to really know the truth).

See, trinity is not in Scripture.  Not one single word of that doctrine appears in any Scripture.  Not one single minister of the Word,  (those who wrote Scripture)  ever mentioned such a thing.  So how could it be true?  No way.

You are just following man-made false doctrine.  It will do you no good.  Study the Word and ask God to reveal it to you.  Seek for the 'first person' in the trinity.  It is not there.  who decided there is a  'first person'?  Surely not God.

same for the 'second person'.  It is not in Scripture either.
same for the third person.  Nothing.  There is nothing of this doctrine in Scripture.  So most churches teach this lie.

So naturally God would tell me to leave them.

Then, the Jesus-only folks.  They take up the rest of the church world.  Not one word of their false doctrine is in Scripture.
So what does that leave?

The truth God brought me into.  He led me all the way.  He taught me just as surely as he taught Paul.
It is available to anyone who truly seeks it.
