Annie's Exercise Tracker
 
This is my exercise tracker or log.  I'll be writing in here each day, wether I do anything or not.....if not I get a  but of course if I kick ass I get a !!
 
No excuses .... but there may be comflicts with the days that I can't exercise.......but I sure will try.

Okay, so since today is Wednesday, let me do a quick recap of the past two days:
 
Monday: didn't do anything....wasn't starting anything quite yet at this point though..........Sad 
 
Tuesday:  did 60 mins of my spin class (strength ride, tons of hills).......... Bounce 
 
Wednesday: TODAY: won't be doing anything because I'm very sore from yesterday's spin ride.....................Sad 
 
That's the week up til today!!  Not every post will be this way though, normally they will just have one entry for each day, but felt that I should play catch up all in one post, and some days I may just put either the sad or happy faces as a post!

Thursday (5-26): did great today!!  I did 60 minutes walking by the lake with Joey (bf) and walked about 2 miles AND THEN we did a 45 minute ride (spin class) interval (2 large hills moving from seated climb, to a standing climb on the most resistance).
 
So today I get a big fat.................Smile

Okay so I'm gonna recap today for yesterday!
 
Friday (5-27): did wonderfully today!  I did 20 mins of weightlifting arms, back, shoulders, and then did 25 mins of Katambi bar - which helps the abs, obliques, back and arms and shoulders....so together I did 45 mins of weightlifting.  THEN.... Joey and I did 3.56miles as well (walking).
 
Let's tack on another big fat...............Roll
 
So that means in 2 days (since we started walking yesterday) we walked a total of: 5.24 miles!  That's pretty damn good if you ask me!
 
Tomorrow (which is Sunday) I'll probably get around to updating for today (Saturday).  The weekends may have to be that, which is why I started to tack on the date!

Saturday (5-28): well, we (Joey and I) did great today!  We actually went out and bought a new pedometer because the old one (I think) was running low on battery and wasn't accurate for Friday's number.  How I found that out is because today Joey and I bought a new (a talking one, which is awsome) and walked the same distance, same pace, and same route as yesterday and it came to completely different total!  Anyways, today we walked an awsome 4.60 miles!!!!  So you know that I can put another.........................Roll
 
So that means that we walked 4.60 miles on Friday as well!  And Thursday I'm leaving at 1.68 miles!
 
So let's RE-total the numbers here!!!!
Total for 3 days of walking (started on Thursday, in addition to spin classes 3 days/nights per week): 10.88 miles!!!!!!  AWSOME!!!!

Hiya everyone!!
 
Alright, so I need to recap on yesterday and today!!
 
Sunday (5-29): alright we did walk today and it felt wonderful....we walked 4.76 miles!!!!  So I get another...............Roll
 
Total: alright, so, for the past 4 days we walked a total of 15.64miles!!
 
Monday (MEMORIAL DAY) (5-30): even though it's a holiday (and maybe didn't do so well eating) I must recognize the fact that we did walk in the morning.....we walked (slower of course, so more steps) 5.56miles!!  ANOTHER BIG FAT.............Roll
 
Total: so now for the past 5 days of walking we get 21.2 miles!!!  WOWZERS!
 
REMEMBER: we are also doing spin classes (at least 3 days a week) along with weightlifting!!
 
GO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday (5-31): okay, didn't do very good eating wise today, think I ended up with a whopping 1700 calories or so....ick.
 
However I must acknowledge the fact that while it wasn't a ton of exercise we did do something...it was an off day....my bf's dog died overnight (very old sick dog though).
 
I still get a big fat..............Roll because despite the problems today we did do 2.36 miles (not a lot, but hey) and I am adding the fact that I cleaned ALL DAY LONG and am sore right now!
 
Total for the walking: 6 days now.....23.56miles....nothing to be upset about in the least.  I think the walking is gonna be a bit more frequent than the spinning though because it's just so damn nice outside....I'm not sure though..we'll see.....at least Thursdays' we KNOW we are spinning because it's a class we signed up for 8 weeks.....we'll see how tomorrow goes!  If anything maybe I'll get up and do some of the frim tapes or something.....just in case!

Wednesday (6-1): what a terrible way to start the first of the month......I felt yucky today, had a TERRIBLE day and on top of that I ate terribly and didn't exercise.  So I have to give myself a big fat...........Sad 
 
Tomorrow is a new day, and a new start, hoping that my day goes way better than today did!

Thursday (6-2): okay sucky day eating wise (because I barely ate a thing all day long), but we did go walking tonight and got 2.62 miles (still not feeling the greatest I don't think).
 
Total for week 1 (we finished week 1 tonight): 26.18 miles which for just beginning this walking thing up again isn't too bad.
 
We did pull out of the spinning for now, I think we are just having too much on our plate at once, so we will take spinning back up when it's not so beautiful outside (winter/fall maybe).  For now it's weightlifting at least 2 times a week and walkin' (which can be done every day because it's a easy thing to do and easy way to burn calories).
 
Our goal for week 2 of walking is at least 30-35 miles..and we will increase the goal each week!  We've done it before! 
 
I DO GET A .............Roll because we did walk tonight!

Monday (6-6): let's put it this way.....I get a  Sad  for the past couple of days for not only exercise but eating.
 
Tomorrow is new, and tomorrow is gonna be full force into this exercise (walking) and good eating...or something.......sighs.
