Should it be doing something when it's testing? It keeps jumping back to the page that says start test.... I have had a look at the trouble shooting page and I might as well have been looking into a bush...
lol! If your anti-virus is on your desktop or tray (at the bottom right-hand corner of the monitor), right click on it and a little menu will pop up, click "disable". When you're finished, do the same, except click "enable". If it's not on your desktop or tray, you will find it in your program files.
When I saw this board I immediately thought, ooh I must come and mention PCPitstop - and you've beaten me to it! lol
I have used PCPitstop for ages - it really is good. It'll list any spyware running on your comp too and check for viruses etc. They have autofixes too.which I like!
It wont let me do it either and it just keeps telling me to pay 29.99$ and I can have the system checked well I already have registry mechanic so I have run it again now thanks girls xoxox
