Octopus

The octopus has a soft body and a well-developed brain. They have eight arms bearing two rows of suckers each. Their eyes are like a camera making their vision excellent. These animals can change the color and texture of their skin rapidly for their protection. Much of their life is spent in hiding waiting for prey such as crab, one of their favorite foods. When an octopus is attacked, it draws water into its sac called a mantle cavity and expels the water with great force through a funnel. The result is a jet-propelled exit, usually behind a cloud of "ink".
Octopus may guide you into the deep blue sea of your imagination where you may encounter a secret treasure, your inner knowledge. Inside of you are deep records of time that you spend on earth in other lifetimes. "You are as old as the ocean in your heart", says Octopus. Learn from diving deep into the mysteries of your soul where images come to life and spring into your mind. Put these images into words and you soon will understand that the wisdom of Octopus is inspiration.
Inspiration is something you need to expand your imagination to become as creative as you can. It will help you create colorful words for any creative writing project you choose, like writing a poem. "When inspiration floods your heart, your words sound beautiful", says Octopus.
Octopus will tell you that feelings run deep too. And they stay hidden at the bottom of your heart until you let them go. Never be afraid to sink down into your heart and get rid of old gripes or sorrows. Don't hold onto them like you have eight arms around them. "Write them down too", says Octopus and get them out into the open. Then forgive those who may have disappointed you or hurt in the past. Did your brother tease you all year last year? Forgive him too. Tears are even OK if you need to cry and let it all out. Ask for help in solving your emotional problems or they will remain hidden and disrupt you life later on. Octopus arms will cradle you till you feel better.
