Whale
Whether a humpback, sperm, blue, or orca, whales are the elephants of the sea. They are huge. For example, the humpback can weigh up to 65 tons and measure from 35 to 48 feet long. Whales migrate in the oceans of the world. They feed in one place and spawn in another. A humpback consumes between 2,000 and 9,000 pounds of fish and krill a day. They swim in a pod, a group that is closely connected. The male has a beautiful song that fills the ocean with a hum.
