Zebra are very adaptable animals as far as their habitat is concerned. They can be found almost anywhere in Africa, except in the denser forests. They prefer short grass plains where the grazing is good. And travel in herds of more than 1000 individuals. They are marked with distinct black and white stripes, but otherwise resemble a horse. A Zebra is a graceful and strong runner. And will stampede when a predator is approaching too close kicking up dust everywhere.
Zebra will prance and dance into your dreams to remind you of the fun you can have when you just get up and dance. Movement is a beautiful expression of your body, mind and spirit. You can look as graceful and beautiful in you movements as Zebra. Just practice and have fun. Feel the music pulsing and tingling through your body when you turn on music. Don't hold back. They did this to celebrate their lives and to honor Great Spirit's love. Your culture loves to dance to almost all kinds of music to celebrate life also. Some dances are refined and some let you go wild. Practice with a partner the steps to your favorite dance. You will be surprised how energized and light you feel.
