This book is designed to help all of you find your spirit guides--the entities who are designated by you and God to help you with life and give you guidance. This book will not only help you tune in to this guide or guides, but will also help you reconize who they are, the messages they can give you, and even decern what their names are so you'll know how to refer to them. Knowing about your guides and also being able to reconize them helps them pierce the veil from their world to ours, allowing us to get better reception. I have just started to read this book and am finding it so helpful in understanding how to communicate with my spirit guide. Blessings Celtic |

I have all Sylvia Browns books too, i have learned so much from her, and she is gret on the Montel shows. I think she is the Best. Angeldust |

| I have a freind who contacted her spirit guide through this book thought the guided mediation. She told me she saw her spirit guide, what he looks like and is ever since in contact with him and knows when he sends out messages. |
