Dragnfli this is for you.    This is a book written by Jess Stearn about the life and healings of Edgar Cayce.  I have read several other books on Cayce but found this book to be the most simple to read, clear and insightful.  Gave me alot of hope that everyone has the ability to heal and learn.     |

I hope this is not a duplicate, I wrote replied earlier but seems msn did not want to deliver.  Edgar Cayce was a man who lived in the USA up to his death just after WW2.  His family have continued his legacy with a group called A.R.E.   They are available on line and have archived most of his readings and they are available to the public.  I liked reading about the personal struggles Edgar Cayce went through to find his trust and self belief.  He was called the sleeping prophet as he gave all his readings in a state of sleep trance.  He had a woman who would transcribe his thoughts.  Most of his readings are to do with healing of physical conditions and "life" readings.  He was not an educated man in his waking state but upon trance could diagnose and often heal the person through absent healing.  I find his story inspiring because you feel as though you can relate to his doubt and own suffering and pain.  He never sought out his gifts for personal gain something that I feel very strongly about.  I hope you enjoy the read.  There are many other books that are written about him but I have always felt this one was the most simple to read and the most interesting and comforting.     Love and Light Zoely     |

 Blessings Dragnfli
Edgar Cayce was a very interesting man who lived in
the states and came about his "gift" in a very interesting way.  Was known
as the sleeping prophet as he gave all his readings in a state of sleep
trance.  Famous for his miracles of healing and life readings.  Very
interesting story of his growth and change from disbelief to trust.
There is a foundation called A.R.E. who still work to this day.  I believe
he died shortly after the 2nd world war.  All of his readings are listed in
th ARE archives and available for all to read.  He was not a very scholarly
man in his waking state but once in trance could diagnose and often cure
physical ailments without the person there.  I found the story inspiring
due to his personal struggles and his dedication to helping people without
personal gain.  I hope u enjoy the book.
Love and light
Zoely
