Simply put it is the balance between Mind and Magic,for the author was a noted therapist, strangely enough he incorporated some of the path workings with many of his patients and with great success.
It is an introduction to Kabblistic Magic, thru the many worlds one can discover many great and wonderous things.
Your mind needs time to soak up the information that is contained in this book, I would strongly advise against skipping ahead and doing some of the rituals without first preparing and by following the exercises.
