Dreams have many meanings...I will give what came to mind when I read it. Just to mention, I have been reading dreams on a regular basis for about 25 yrs...altho I actually began reading dreams as a child. And the way I give an interpretation is by what comes to mind as I read your dream.
What came to mind is that lately you are feeling lost about your place in your life. As if you lost your purpose and by that you are feeling unsure about your surroundings and whether they are permanent or not. Like suddenly everything can or has changed, in a moment. Whatever it was (possibly a passion) in your life that helped you to feel grounded in your purpose, it has left you....and so you have been feeling unstable and not grounded.
But, this dream also has some clues about where to find your purpose and stability that you have lost. The way the dream has chosen to show you to your purpose is to point the way "Home"...and home is the symbol of the heart. This is what the dream says you are seeking....and, by a simple symbol, it points the way.
There is a truth that says, where your heart is that is where you will find home. Or simply put, home is where the heart is. Well...your heart is right there inside you and that is where you will find "home." Home never ever leaves you...altho sometimes we "feel" as if we have lost our way home. But home can never be lost....eternally "home" is always with us where ever we travel...forever. By seeking now to feel at home within yourself, within your own heart, you "remember" this truth that you have lost. As you remember, that feeling will grow outward and will help balance all things in your life. When you are feeling that balance, you will again know and see your path open before and so will feel your purpose again.
