Understanding Our Child's Uniqueness
Our children bring their own uniqueness to the relationship. Vimala McClure in her book, The Path of Parenting. says:
"Sooner or later our children let us know they arrived in the world with agendas of their own. While we have a tremendous influence over the way they express and live out their agendas, we cannot mold and control them. They have as much to teach us as we want to teach them, and the wise parent realizes this early on."
