Essential Oils for the Inner Child

What happens in our lives as children continues to effect us as adults.
The joys and successes as well as the hurts and doubts. We play theses
past experiences in our mind and use then as a guide.

Each of us has this child inside of us. It is important to honour this
part of ourselves. We need to connect with the innocence and joy we felt
as children. As adults to find balance, being able to play and relax is
a good stress release. Also we need to connect with the reasons we react
to certain situations. Maybe we will find the source to a certain fear
we have in a childhood memory. We form so many ideas about the world
and our place in it through the eyes of our childhood and wonder why
as adults we can't change them.

I feel it is important to open a channel of communication with our
Inner Child. To learn to play again if we have forgotten how. To find
the source of fears so we can change things in our lives that are not
working for us. We may even realize that we have been letting the
child make certain decisions in our lives and can now let the adult
take over.

Open your heart to your Inner Child. No child should be without a
loving pair of arms to hold them or an unconditional ear to listen.
