Grounding with essential oils

To walk the path we must have our feet on the ground. It is easier to use the
opportunities that come our way if we are living in the present moment. We
were born into a physical body, it is the most valuable asset that we will
ever have control over. Everything seeks to be in balance. So as we seek our
spiritual learning and truth, it is important to keep what we learn grounded.
Let your spirit fly with the Angels but keep your feet on the ground.
You may feel spaced out or just not focused in the way that you would like.
When we are not grounded we can have lots or wonderful ideas but nothing ever
seems to come into physical reality. Also our body is such a wonderful barometer.
It tells us in so many ways what is happening in our life emotionally. How can we
hear all this valuable information if we are not in it.
Essential Oils are a perfect way to ground our energy. They are a part of nature
and work with our bodies to bring balance. There are six oils that work
particularly well with grounding our energy. They are Black Pepper, Clary Sage,
Cedarwood, Ginger, Patchouli and Vetiver.
You could choose to make up a massage blend and rub it on your feet to start
the day with focus, or put a few drops in your vaporiser. How about making a
blend that you could rub on your wrists when you feel in need of earthing.
Whichever way you choose will help to bring your focus into the present moment.
The present moment is where you use all your spiritual wisdom, guidance,
unconditional love and vision and turn your dreams into reality.
