Raspberry Tea Leaf

To Ease Childbirth, prepares the uterus for birth and helps the uterus retain its pre pregnancy state.

Also safely used for irregular menstration and menstrual cramps.

Raspberry Tea Leaf is widely available and can be found in most supermarkets. Just follow the directions, but i recommend no more than 3 cups a day.

I have personally used Raspberry Leaf during my two pregnancies. Although i did not use it continuously with my first, i only had 10  hours of labor, most of which was not painful. With my second i decided i would make sure to take it on a daily basis, 2 cups a day during the last month of pregnancy. Luckily my water broke, because i went in and was already dialated to 6 cent. with no contractions! Before i went in i drank a large cup brewed strongly to help with the labor. I had her 5 hours later with only an hour of hard labor! I also had less pain when your uterus contracts to its prepregnacy state when i continued drinking it after the birth.(what a blessing!)

Cautionary Note:

Avoid high doses of the tea in early pregnancy as it can stimulate the uterus .

I have come across some more uses of Raspberry Leaf that I find useful.

Used in treating diarrhea, treating stomach complaints in children, and as a mouthwash for canker sores and bleeding gums.

Raspberry Leaf also is a good source of vitamin C, maganese, iron and niacin.

Ive been researching this herb in the last couple of months. I currently have two "guinea Pigs". My best friend who has had menstrual irregularities, sometimes not having a period at all for months at a time has just informed me that her period has started and stayed for the past two months. And that they are not as heavy nor are they as painful. My sister has informed me she no longer needs to use medication for her pains. She has been using it for the last 3 months. And I also began using it at the same time and can say I do not have the cramping nor the pain. And no more PMSing mood swings.

I was recommended to drink raspberry leaf teaf when I fell pregnant so I drank this tea through both my pregnacies. I would recommend it.

All I know is that I gave birth with out any complications or damage to my body. So if I was to have more children I would certainly use this product again :)
